Porty Books Kids' Summer Book Club

It’s almost the summer holidays and what better time is there to read?! We’re delighted to be launching a Summer Book Club for kids and we would love it if you could share this with the younger readers in your life!

The book club starts on Friday 27th June and runs until Tuesday 12th August, during which time we’re encouraging kids to read books that fulfil a bingo board of prompts.

We've got book club booklets with the full list of prompts with reading suggestions inside and the bingo board on the back. There’s space in the booklets for a small review for each book read so that these can be shown to a bookseller in exchange for a stamp (this book club is designed for readers aged 4-12 so some readers may need a little bit of help with the reviews).
