Several key NATO figures are assassinated...by animals? Russia comes under attack using animal technology based on Dr. David Loren's designs. Mirra Sway is made to suffer in response and to top it all off, a figure from David's past emerges. Still recovering from his recent suicide attempt, Loren is forced back into the military game to help uncover who is behind this.
He must deal with WTF is going on with Estonia, while discovering just how much his technology has been perverted. David must decide how to take a stand against the humans behind the animals.
