PATH TO FAME: CHERYL

She’s had a few different names over the years but will always be Cheryl to us, the most beautiful woman of our times. Cheryl Ann Tweedy’s path to fame and fortune was often difficult, beginning in a grim working-class area of Newcastle where the lives of her friends and family were blighted by drugs and unemployment.

But she didn’t just get lucky. She didn’t stumble off the street into Girls Aloud. She had no family showbusiness connections but simply worked hard to get the breaks. Quite simply she was a champion dancer who ‘oozed talent’.

How would Cheryl fare now if she took part in Strictly Come Dancing?  She’d murder them.
