This LNCS conference 4-volume set constitutes the proceedings of the 16th International Conference on Social Networks Analysis and Mining, ASONAM 2024, in Rende, Italy, during September 2–5, 2024. The 33 full papers together with 36 short papers included in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 167 submissions.
