A novel approach to architecture that takes inspiration from visual arts, music, dance and other related disciplines. Fills a void in the architectural business, designing spaces that appeal to all of the senses rather than just sight. Despite this, the design and reception of architecture rarely take haptic, acoustic, and cosmic perceptions into account. Using an experimental approach, this book provides opportunities for new insights and perspectives with regard to built space. It proposes perceptual techniques from the fields of architecture, the visual arts, music, dance and other related disciplines.
