The Hash-Knife Outfit

Set in mountains of Arizona, in a time when the range was not fenced and one lived by one’s wits and the speed of one’s draw, this story continues from The Drift Fence. The Hash Knife Outfit is a story about the notorious rustlers and gunmen who are stealing the ranchers' cattle and terrorizing the beautiful valley. It pits a band of cowboys led by a young, tenderfoot boss against the outlaw Hash Knife Outfit who are cattle rustlers.
