New Non-Fiction in May/June 2024

A fascinating array of new non-fiction arrives in May and June. Staff highlights are just as varied. Lily, who is both an Olivia Laing afficionado and a Maggie Nelson admirer, is very excited for the release of The Garden Against Time and Like Love; Euan is intrigued by the sound of Pedro Lemebel's A Last Supper of Queer Apostles; Molly is a Joni Mitchell devotee and is appropriately thrilled to read Ann Powers's Travelling; and Marc is keeping a beady eye on Karolina Watroba's Metamorphoses, Andrew Hindmoor's Haywire, and Will Tosh's Straight Acting.
